Where are we at?
After launching in June 2016, we’ve grown at 50% MoM. This year we’re on track to hit 1m downloads and 30m in-app video loops.
Our users include world-famous skaters, freerunners, skydivers, basejumpers, BMXers, trampolinists, surfers, gold medal winning snowboarders and a guy that loves blowing up pineapples.
Having conducted extensive app research via surveys, focus groups and other analytics packages, we've identified the areas we need to improve, before launching on Android in March. You'll be responsible for revamping the entire app.
Incredible content and data driven decision making are at the core of what we do, extensively A/B testing everything we possibly can.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who lives for improving product UI/UX through effective and stunning design, capable of balancing creativity with analytical insight.
You’re passionate about the whole design process, from technical architecture to user psychology, A/B testing, UX best practices to beautiful UI.
You'll need expert knowledge of Sketch, Adobe CC, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design Guidelines, InVision etc etc.
If you're interested, please download Worm and complete the short survey attached.
