Job Purpose

Part of the job purpose is to support the whole company engage existing clients and to open new business opportunities with them (no new business, no cold calling). You will be the first point of contact for clients and you need to work close to the rest of the company to achieve our clients’ and company’s goal. We really go above and beyond for our clients and you need to understand this mindset. We also value speed over accuracy, as it allows us to test more in a shorter time: the 80:20 rule is fundamental for us.

Your ability to forge deep interpersonal relationships with our clients is very important to us. You also need to be able to communicate with the rest of the team effectively, so that everything that needs to be done gets done well, on time and at the client’s satisfaction.

You will also be the key part of the decision-making process, we hire experts to tell us what to do and not the other way round.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular face to face contact and meetings

  • Arrange meetings with clients and travel to them

  • Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests

  • Talk to other departments in the organization in order to facilitate client requests

  • Generate accurate reports on the status of existing accounts


  • Experience of working in a customer-facing role

  • Ability to work on straight deadlines

  • Experience with client’s reporting

  • English speaker

  • Excellent communicator

  • High level of personal integrity and confidentiality

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics

  • Proficiency in social media advertising

  • Ability to manage a budget (preferred)

  • Experience in growth hacking and understanding of what that entails
