Sensible Object is an award winning start-up making innovative games that use technology to bring people together through play. Founded in 2015 and based in Somerset House, central London, Sensible Object is venture funded, a recent graduate of 2 top tier accelerator programs (Techstars Amazon Alexa and R/GA IOT) and on a fast-track path for global growth. Our first two products, Beasts of Balance and the soon to be released Voice Originals When In Rome have won multiple awards including Parents Choice Gold, KAPI Most Innovative, TIA Toy of the Year 2018 finalist and Techlicious Best of New York Toy Fair 2018. Beasts of Balance is available worldwide in the Apple Store and Amazon Launchpad and other premium retailers worldwide. We're a growing team with big ideas united by a love for games, toys, technology and design.

We're looking for a UK based Brand Manager to take ownership of global product marketing and brand management for Voice Originals, Sensible Object’s ground-breaking range of voice-enabled tabletop games. Success will be measured by revenue growth, quality of creative execution, player engagement and overall contribution to Sensible Object’s culture and mission.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop thoughtful, creative marketing plans that deliver clear revenue growth and build brand equity for Voice Originals titles

  • Help define, build and champion the Voice Originals brand inside and outside the Sensible Object.

  • Manage the product roadmap and global release calendar for physical and digital products across the Voice Originals range,

  • Develop and manage the visual identity for Voice Originals and Voice Originals titles in tandem with the product development team and develop key marketing assets for the brand including packaging, video, advertising, website, social and retail merchandising.

  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

Key experience should include some of the following:

  • Brand or product management in toys, games, technology or entertainment

  • Using growth hacking frameworks to learn and fail fast and improve performance

  • Global marketing execution including North America

  • Working in a fast moving, highly creative and entrepreneurial environment

  • Understanding of consumer technology & toys and games categories
