We are looking for a savvy , resourceful, lateral thinker who can help to grow our business in the UK and Internationally.

You have had exposure to sales, marketing or business development in a digital and creative environment. You will work closely with the Directors of VISU.AL to develop a year-round marketing, business development, and client management programme and range of activities to raise the profile of the agency and generate new business.

You will lead with the creation and delivery of proposals/pitches to potential clients. Once projects have been won you will also take over initial client management responsibilities to maximise client satisfaction and account value. This is a role that requires strategic thinking, direct application of marketing techniques and a strong understanding of the work VISU.AL do and the varying requirements of clients. ( Strategy, Creative and Media Outreach)

You will also be responsible for growing the community of creators and influencers globally as we are developing a platform scheduled to launch in 2019.

Digitally astute, you will be able to outline, articulate and demonstrate from the ‘get-go’ , familiarisation with the latest martech/ platforms to enable you to carry out your role effectively .

VISU.AL is a tight-knit team and we stress the collaborative nature of our work, with managers, analysts, producers, creatives, designers , developers working closely together. We are looking for a commercial expert who is excited by working in a creative environment and is happy to work flexibly and collaboratively to grow the business.

An exceptionally strong commission structure will be built into the package, along with an uncapped OTE. After an initial 6 month period, the opportunity of a full time position with equity will be given to the successful candidate.
