Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative

We are looking for a temporary/ part-time competitive field sales representative to attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients.

MathHub is a startup education company that promotes a growth mindset and raise maths attainment with personalised online one-on-one lessons from specialist tutors.

We are currently looking for a confident field sales executive to visit schools and pitch how pupils can transform their mindset and raise numeracy with our intervention program.

Responsibilities

  1. “Get the demo registrations” using various customer sales methods (School-to-School)

  2. “out of the box” sales strategies

  3. Meet personal and team sales targets

  4. Read or listen to “Mindset-carol Dweck” book. (We provide the pdf, epub or audiobook)

The role

The role will be primarily to get schools in and around central London to sign up for a free taster session.

Initially, this will be for one day and if all goes well, further opportunities will be offered. You may be working with one other person or alone for 5.5 hours between 9.30-3 pm.

The person we are looking for needs to be bright and charismatic who is very confident in communicating with people.

Pay

The flat-rate pay for this role is £7-9 per hour.

Bonus

We are also offering a bonus for every school that signs up to either the free trial or full service. Further details will be discussed in a telephone interview.

Interviews

Telephone interviews will be held the next day upon applying. If you are successful a face to face interview will take place.

The work commencement date will be flexible. Please let me know in your cover letter your prefered days.
