The Opportunity

XAI.bio aspires to create the future of drug discovery and development. We’re looking to recruit a Full Stack Engineer who will help build our technology platform to engineer medicines. Working in an interdisciplinary team of scientists and engineers, you will take the lead in developing the platform’s infrastructure and UI/UX.

You have the opportunity to become an integral part of our foundational team and influence the Company’s development. Competitive salary and benefits apply. Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters in computer science or a comparable field

  • 2+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

  • Experience of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) and UI/UX

  • Experience of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Julia, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)

  • Experience in working with SQL and NoSQL databases (graph databases, e.g. Neo4j, TigerGraph)

  • Experience in working with cloud computing environments (e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google)

  • Experience in working with container platforms such as Docker

  • Experience in designing and developing APIs

  • Familiarity with building knowledge graphs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in biopharma or other industry R&D environments

  • Broad knowledge of scientific disciplines related to drug discovery and development

  • Self-directed, independent, and highly motivated, able to learn new concepts quickly, comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • A passion for innovation.
