We are an innovative property crowdfunding platform that provides investors with a unique opportunity to make equity investments in quality residential development projects and access market leading, asset-backed returns of 15%+ per annum. We launched our platform in October 2016 after becoming fully authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. We have recently graduated from a leading Accelerator programme in London and will shortly complete our seed funding round.

We have a strong and experienced founding team with international and start-up experience and strong credentials in Finance, Sales, Technology, Digital Marketing and Real Estate from companies including PwC, Jewson and HSBC.

The Opportunity


We are looking for a creative, driven and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team at a very exciting stage. You would join our team at a very exciting stage. Working directly with the CEO and CTO, you will have the opportunity to help develop and execute the marketing strategy for the business.

You will be responsible for:


  • Developing the ongoing customer discovery process through market research to determine the optimal market, channels, messaging and value proposition that resonates with our target audience

  • Working closely with our CTO/Digital Marketing Director to build an effective lead generation strategy and optimize the customer lifecycle for the business

  • Developing an engaging and customer centric content strategy with the aim of driving traffic and engagement, enhancing the customer journey and experience (nurturing), growing our SEO performance and supporting marketing campaigns.

  • Identify, build relationships with affiliate partners and key influencers in our sectors (alternative finance, real estate and investments), analyse campaigns and devise strategies to optimize the affiliate user experience

  • Developing creative campaigns and promotions

  • Develop, launch, and manage regular and ad-hoc email campaigns

  • Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimised for search and user experience for all channels of content including the web, social media, email, mobile, and video.

  • Managing a small but growing team of outsourced service providers, including content writers, designers, public relations and SEO providers.

  • Analyse and report on performance data to inform future business strategy and marketing decisions

However, we are looking for a creative individual to bring ideas based on their previous experience so there is plenty of scope for you to define your own role.

What we need from you


  • The ideal candidate should be University educated and have 10 years+ marketing experience

  • Experience of working in a high-growth, B2C startup or online business with a proven track record of customer acquisition

  • Digital content experience, having worked on initiatives involving SEO, PR and social media and a good eye for writing, content and design.

  • Proven experience of web analytics, metrics and tools, obsessively measuring performance of activities and campaigns, and using data to drive strategy and decision making.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills

  • Positive, creative, flexible and driven.

  • Experience or interest in Alternative Finance and/or the Real Estate sector would be beneficial but is not essential.

  • Excellent spoken and written English
