The following role is for a PUBLIC portfolio business, Eva Health Technologies.

About this role

Eva Health Technologies is working on modernising a health tech software product which is already in use in the NHS. We want to be synonymous with innovation, trust and championing patients’ interests. Taking an existing business and completely rebranding and relaunching it to be a new, innovative player in the market is a great challenge for an all-round marketeer who wants to get broad, hands on experience. This role will be working closely with the management team and our investors to bring our new brand to life and help build a new sales pipeline.

What you'll do

You’ll be building the future of healthcare. The software we’re developing sits at the heart of the NHS infrastructure and UK healthcare data. As we improve its foundations and turn it into the best-in-class solution in the market, it will genuinely save lives. We envisage a solution that can support the NHS in making data-driven decisions, support front-line healthcare workers in making safer, more informed, decisions, and empower patients to better engage with their own care.

You will help to build our new marketing function;

  • You’ll define our identity - helping us shape and implement our culture and values alongside our image. You’ll help us showcase this at it’s very best and keep us aligned internally and externally.

  • You’ll design our marketing campaigns - helping us launch into new markets with new products and redefining our brand in our existing markets.

You’ll shape our voice - to our customer and our people. We want you to drive email campaigns, build meaningful content and share our journey across our communication channels.

What we're looking for

We’re not looking for a fixed number of years experience or someone who’s done this a million times before; but we are looking for someone with rockstar potential and lots of great ideas and energy. We are looking for someone who cares about improving health care, who thinks big and can take on a challenge. We are team players, we are teachers and we are kind. We make sure every voice is heard and aren’t swayed by the loudest voice in the room. We are friendly and open minded, and we’re looking for people who will thrive in our community.

We’d love to see some of the following attributes from you:

  • Creative thinker - do you have an eye for design and thinking outside the box?

  • Strong social media skills - do you know your LinkedIn from your TikTok?

  • Data enthusiast - how can the numbers make you a better marketeer?

  • Keen to learn - are you excited to get stuck into new tools and does a steep learning curve sound fun?

  • Focus on the customer - can you put the customer at the heart of what you do?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field - can you show us you know what it takes to shape a marketing plan?

  • Ability to be flexible and opportunistic - can you adapt as plans change and opportunities arise?

  • Attention to detail - can you ensure that everything we put out needs to be of a high quality, accurate and tracked?

Eva Health is an equal opportunity employer - we actively encourage applications from underrepresented groups in tech. We don’t want to work in a company full of people who look the same, sound the same and think the same. We are looking for a diverse mix of people to enhance our community.
