OFFICE MANAGER/ PERSONAL ASSISTANT

THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, hard working, positive individual to join our expanding business.

The core function of this role will be managing all day-to-day responsibilities of the UK office, including operations, facilities, welfare and administration.This is a challenging opportunity to be a leading and central part of company culture, forge and take part of a unified growing team and play a key part in the creation of company processes and the development of the business.

At Pixoneye, we analyse mobile photo galleries to provide best in market understanding and targeting capabilities for client’s product, ads, offers and services. The team is made up of some of the leading minds in computer vision with a 15 person R&D team based in Tel-Aviv, including the ex-head of computer vision at Samsung and expanding commercial team in London (ex- Waze, Groupon, Yubl). We’ve won numerous awards including Digital Media Award at 4FYN (the world’s largest start-up competition) at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, recently named a BIMA 2017 finalist and listed in top 100 UK startups, Retail Week top 50UK Innovations et al. We’ve had some great press featuring in Campaign, BBC, Wired, CItyAM, Drapers and $4m has been raised from high profile investors including Santander and Telefonica. Currently we’re busy developing the market proposition with a mix of clients in the brand and publisher space.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

- Handling company invoices and expenses

- Leading and executing moving to a new office in London

- Managing HR, employee expenses and payroll

- Responsible for supplier and contractor communications

- Internal office Scheduling

- Assisting the CEO on day-to-day executive needs

- Working closely with the general executive management team in Israel and other teams across the organization

- Company travel, conference preparation and management

- Taking responsibility for shaping your own role within the business

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• You’re hungry for front line experience and like to get things done
• You’re a great task juggler, organised, smart and determined
• You’re a clear, compelling, and charismatic verbal and written communicator
• You’re strategic, enterprising and love to be challenged
• Microsoft office: Outlook, excel etc
• Minimum – 3 months office experience

ADDITIONAL

  • UK resident/ work permit mandatory
• Salary: £32,000 / year for full time position
• Current offices on Air Street, Piccadilly

- speaking Hebrew is an advantage
