We are searching for a user-centered, technically-minded Product Manager to join our team. You will be primarily focused on our MVP, striving to improve the customer experience and overcome technical limitations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry, self-motivated product manager to join a newly formed Product Team, help develop our mid-term roadmap and ensure our digital platform delights our customers.About you:
You are obsessed with product and technology. You love understanding how things work, discovering new problems and debating solutions. You sweat the small stuff and have a commitment to quality.
You are able to discuss and translate technical problems and constraints, turn them into plain english and on occasion tackle the improvement of technical systems yourself.
You are customer-centric - you value customer insight and are always trying to identify new customer needs and solving real problems.
You love building the now and strategising for the future. Your perfect day might include troubleshooting a technical bug, facilitating a customer journey mapping session for a new feature and celebrating team wins!
You are happy working on a multitude of problems with different specialists - you are the ultimate generalist.
Shape the product vision and strategy alongside the COO
Help to build and maintain the product roadmap
Manage our fortnightly sprints and nurturing our sprint rituals as we grow
Work with engineers and designers to maximise output and UX
Research, design and analyse - helping us to devise practical solutions
Help us to understand our customers - their wants, needs and pain points
Define and monitor team objectives and KPIs
+3 years experience, preferably building a new product from scratch
Basic UX skills and familiar with tools such as Figma
Highly motivated self-starter, able to work with little supervision
Customer obsessed and empathic to user needs
Expert at vetting and configuring third-party systems/software
Able to context switch between technology, operations, research and UX/CX
Balances short term operational needs and longer team strategic thinking
Strong data skills across qual and quant data
Great storyteller who can bring people on the journey and inspire others
Comfortable working remotely (when required)
Great collaborator, happy working with others from diverse viewpoints
