Nomad Academy exists to bring together those few brave enough to pursue a meaningful life – despite the risks and hardships involved. Our programs combine slow travel with entrepreneurial learning and a select community – to get driven individuals on the path to an impactful career. After running 5 programs, with over 170 alumni and 9,000 applications since launching 2 years ago, we’re now looking to grow fast.


Because we’re on a mission ... to get every driven individual who feels “there’s got to be more to life than this” on the path to a meaningful career.

What you'll be doing

Leading a tribe of young professionals as they co-live and cowork across Laos, Cambodia and Thailand over a period of 3 months.

Crafting a community that inspires, challenges and feels supportive to all individual participants.

Having sessions with your tribe– asking them the right questions, giving advice and helping them through life’s big questions.

Providing and supporting in workshops on all kinds of topics, all focused on getting people the right skillset.

Facilitating events – from weekly tribe socials & group check ins to fitness bootcamps and meditation retreats.

Managing the logistics of the group, on-the-ground negotiations and co-ordinating with suppliers, experts and locals.

Oh, and you’ll be taking part in all of what the tribe do – coliving in Luang Prabang, Siem Reap and Chiang Mai, travelling on weekends to where ever you want, joining the meditation retreat and more.

You have a High EQ - You understand yourself and group dynamics, you know how to talk to different people in 1 on 1s, and can uncover what motivates people.

What we are offering:

Join our company retreat – a month before the program begins.

Training in leadership for this role for a month leading up to the program; from how to hold a room to methods of dealing with 1 on 1 situations.

Salary: €2000 per month + Living accommodation during program + all flights - Since you’ll be in Asia the living expenses are also minimal.

Plenty of spare time; use your weekends and evenings to explore the countries you’re in, or to just relax.

An unbelievable platform for you to grow as a leader. We’ll give you the structure, resources and training to guide an amazing group of people through pivotal moments in their lives.
