Project Manager

We are GetAgent. A disruptor in the property tech space and we are looking for a Head of Home Moving Platform to help us make moving home easier for the millions doing so each year.

GetAgent, the UK’s leading estate agency comparison site and has provided advice to over 300,000 sellers about selling their home and which estate agent to do it with. Having doubled revenue in 2020 - despite the pandemic - we are now pushing ahead with the next step in our journey to make moving easy with our Home Moving Platform (HMP).

Moving home has been voted the single most stressful life event. Getting off to a good start by appointing a good estate agent is key, but there are big decisions and stressful tasks to follow. “Who should I use for my legal advice? Do I need a mortgage? Who needs my new address?” The list goes on.

GetAgent is the guiding light that leads people through this stressful life event and we’re looking for someone to join us on that mission. We are looking for an intelligent, detail-oriented customer focussed individual to manage the development and subsequent rollout of our exciting new platform.

What you’ll do

• Responsible for coordinating resource toward the successful rollout of the HMP

• Provide strategic input into the HMP

• Provide operational support to the Conveyancing Sales Lead

• Liaise with the Founders, Tech, Product, Customer Services etc to drive business unit forward

• Ensure that the HMP has the resource and support required to successfully achieve its goals

• Provide regular reporting to key stakeholders

What we need from you:

Essential:

• Experience in leading projects.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Immaculate attention to detail, analytical and highly data-driven.

• Ability to manage stakeholders (internal and external).

• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Desire to work in a role where you can have a large impact on the success of the business.

Nice to have but not essential:

• Experience in conveyancing, mortgages or other parts of the home moving journey.

• Experience working in a start-up/scale-up environment.
