As a sales executive, you are the primary business contact for clients. The role involves face-to-face (virtual for now) sales-based communications with customers. Growth and success are measured by your performance and capacity to meet sales quotas. You will be required to develop a rapport with clients to support new and repeat business possibilities. Due to the startup nature of the company and this role, it is commission only for the first three months, we do, however, offer a very generous commission to compensate.

Sales Executive Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Find prospects and leads

  • Learn details about our products and services

  • Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants

  • Explain how our solutions align with their pain points

  • Up-sell when appropriate

  • Identify buyer persona profiles

  • Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting

  • Identify the most important sales KPIs

  • Prepare and present reports when needed

  • Report to the management team

  • Attain sales targets
