About the position:
As UXUI designer you actively shape our webshops to optimize user experience and conversion rate. You are the customer’s voice on our site. Through UX/UI analyses and tools such as hotjar you come up with hypotheses for A/B-tests that you can implement directly with the ultimate goal of Conversion Rate Optimization (CVRO). This requires a thorough understanding of our customer needs and being able to translate that into concrete actions to improve the user experience. You actively search out pain points for the customers along any point of the customer buying cycle.
Some things you can expect:
Conducting UX/UI analyses to come up with hypotheses for A/B-tests
Experimenting A/B, A/B/N and Multivariate testing
Diving into Google Analytics to find drop-off points or pain points for customers
Using tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to build your hypotheses
Lots of freedom to explore your ideas and ownership of the tasks
As a customer champion you have the unique talent of being able to look at things from a customer perspective. You understand our customers pain points and are able to come up with concrete solutions to implement. You bring to the table:
Relevant work-experience in UXUI and/or A/B-testing is a plus
Passion for UXUI and a drive to continuously improve things
Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude
A way of thinking that’s creative, imaginative, and “outside-the-box”
